Easiest buying experience I’ve had purchasing a car. I previously test drove a similar vehicle at a different dealership, but that dealership did not have exactly what I wanted. I was able to locate the vehicle we wanted at Schoner Chevrolet, and I called and spoke with Trent. I was able to do everything over the phone. He emailed me the pricing sheet and I was able to confirm over the phone, with him. When I went to pick the car up, they had all the paperwork ready, and within 15-20 minutes, I was able to look over the car, sign the paperwork, and drive my new vehicle off the lot.

I origonally went there for a recall for the airbag on my pontiac vibe. After the work was done. My vibe had some other issues. So when they noticed my car wasnt throwing codes like it should of been, And it wasnt running right. They had me bring it back and drop it off on my day off and they went through everything on my car to findout what was wrong so i had a safe vehicle to drive for work and to have my son in. They kept me up to date on there progress and They went above and beyond for me and my family. I was able to delegate the task of getting the oil change to my son. He is more than capable of doing it himself but This truck is requires a special tool to rotate the tires and I use this truck to go long distances and want it to be 100% right.

I went in for a recall update and they put my truck in the air and gave me a free inspection and even video recorded the whole process which I thought was great and futuristic

The check engine light came on. So, I brought my Chevy Impala to have it looked at. The Auto Mechanic did a video review of the issues with my car. He replaced the oxygen sensor that addressed the check engine issue. Checked left headlamp bulb cap & reinstalled it. He also replaced spark plugs. The Auto Mechanic was very thorough & did a excellent job! The Auto Mechanics are very skilled and the staff are friendly. We are so fortunate to have SCHONER CHEVROLET here in Northeastern Ohio!

They are a honest dealer. Seth, the mechanic, is an awesome mechanic and a person in whole. I had an issue with my 2020 TRAILBOSS took it back for a noise to the original dealer I purchase it from. Of course, they always say they cannot replicate the noise, at that time my truck was only a year and a half old. And they told me I had to deal with it. Took it to Schoner Cheverlot in Hartville where I live. I took Seth for a ride. Right away he had an idea of what the noise was, left it with him. Within two hours my truck is fixed. There was a service bulletin on what the problem was with my truck, the original dealer that I purchase it from had the same papers, they just chose not to do any warranty work. So that’s why I recommend Schoners. Seth is the only one that I allow to work on my truck. All of the other mechanics are good too, don’t get me wrong.
