I came to Schroner Dealership after having a terrible experience at Ron Marhoffer's in Stow. I now drive down to Hartville to have my car serviced. They have taken excellent care of me and I have a very high level of confidence and trust in their work. They even sent me a video of the undercarriage of my car while it was being worked on. Wonderful people!

Workmanship was excellent and happy with the pricing. I was not happy with the fact that I had to wait without my truck for over 3 weeks for a simple module. I don't believe this was the dealers fault but GM needs to expedite parts faster for customer satisfaction.
