Brought 2020 Blazer in for check engine light issue. They determined the problem & fixed it.

Dropped car at 8 and did not finish all services

I brought my CPO 23 colorado in for a oil change. Staff was friendly quick to get me in and out for my service. But, they didn't wash my truck like it says they do for all service visits, and they didn't top off my fluids as they said they were going to in the service overview video they sent me. Im not sure what else was or wasnt done that was supposed to be done which might be was my visit seemed quick but im fairly sure that at least my oil was changed which i guess was original reason for the visit. I called the service center last Saturday 2/7/26 and let them know my concerns, they took my info and told me they would call me back but have not.

As usual everyone was nice and got my truck serviced and out the door as quickly as possible.

Excellent communication from the service team. Service Advisor Courtney keep us informed regarding the service time and process. Nice touch in including the service tech video. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
